• Permissions: Pomodoro may request permission to send notifications for timer-related alerts. No Accessibility, Input Monitoring, Screen Recording, or other special system permissions are required.

3. Features and Purchases

• Free Features: Pomodoro includes core focus timer functionality such as focus sessions, short breaks, long breaks, customizable durations, and menu bar access.
• In-App Purchases: If the app offers paid features in the future, all purchases will be handled securely by Apple. Any available purchase terms will be clearly shown inside the app.
• Refunds: All purchases are handled securely by Apple. If needed, you can request a refund through Apple's support at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

• Ownership of App Content: All intellectual property related to Pomodoro, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Bohdan Bilous. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

5. User Conduct

You are expected to use Pomodoro responsibly and in accordance with these Terms of Use. Misuse, including attempts to reverse engineer the app or bypass licensing, is strictly prohibited.
