Any app settings (for example: focus duration, short break duration, long break duration, auto-start preference, sound effects preference, and Launch at Login preference) are stored locally on your Mac using Apple’s UserDefaults framework.

I do not share your personal data with any third parties, because no personal data is collected or stored.

4. Data Security

All app preferences and settings are stored locally on your device. Pomodoro does not use external servers to store user data.

5. User Rights

• Delete Your Data: You can reset all app settings by deleting the app and reinstalling it, which clears locally stored preferences.
• Correct Your Data: You can update your preferences at any time within the app.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Pomodoro does not use cookies or tracking technologies inside the app.

7. Push Notifications

Pomodoro may use local notifications on your device for timer-related alerts. It does not send remote push notifications from external servers.

8. Third-party Links

The app does not include third-party links for data collection purposes.

9. System Permissions

Pomodoro does not require macOS Accessibility or Input Monitoring permissions to function. The app does not capture keystrokes, log user input, or record screen content.

10. Children’s Privacy

I do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If I become aware that I have inadvertently collected such data, I will delete it immediately.

11. App Store Compliance

• GDPR: No personal data is processed, collected, or shared outside your device.
• CCPA: I do not sell personal data.
• COPPA: The app is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect data from them.
